You are the link between our HQ teams (operations, tech) and the US field team. You keep our US customer updated every day, push open topics to resolution and work directly with our CTO.
Your main responsibilities
- Preparing and sending daily operational updates to our US customer: open issues, service status, station uptime and resolution timelines
- Chasing down answers from the right people, pushing open topics to resolution and holding the team accountable to its KPIs
- Spotting trends and recurring problems in the data and flagging them before they escalate
- Keeping all partner-facing reporting accurate, consistent and on time
- Tracking service tickets from creation to close and following up with technicians and internal teams
- Helping build and improve the trackers, templates and processes the team relies on
- Working directly with our CTO: tracking priorities, preparing updates and driving follow-ups to completion
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success or similar
- Ideally a technical background (e.g. engineering, IT, computer science), so you get up to speed quickly on our hardware and software
- A track record of owning a project or process on your own, from start to finish
- Comfortable with ERP systems, ticketing tools, spreadsheets and AI tools
- Fluent English, with clear and concise written communication
- Full-time, starting immediately
- Willingness to work some afternoon/evening hours (CET) to overlap with US time zones
- General willingness to travel, including to the US when needed
Nice to have
- Experience in field service, e-mobility, energy or hardware operations
- German language skills

To strengthen our embedded team we are looking for someone who brings our hardware and software solutions into practice. As the link between engineering, production and service you make sure our systems work reliably and keep improving.
You make sure our embedded systems work reliably and reach deployment. Working closely with engineering, production and service, you accompany new hardware and software solutions from integration through to commissioning, and so contribute substantially to the quality and further development of our products.
Your main responsibilities
- Integration and commissioning of embedded systems and electronic assemblies
- Functional, integration and quality testing on prototypes and series devices
- Analysis and correction of electrical and electronic faults, closely with engineering
- Support in introducing new hardware components and product generations
- Supporting production on technical questions, and improving assembly and test processes
- Taking measurements and documenting test results
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation, work instructions and test instructions
- Close cooperation with embedded development, production, service and quality management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes
- Commissioning, technical testing and occasional assignments at customers and partners, including abroad
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics development, production or system integration
- Good command of measuring and test equipment
- A basic understanding of embedded systems, controls and electronic assemblies

To strengthen our technical team we are looking for a System Integrator Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) who accompanies our electrical and electronic systems from design through integration and testing to commissioning. As the link between engineering, production and service you combine electrical design and circuit diagrams with hands-on work at our systems.
You make sure our electrical and electronic systems work reliably and reach deployment. Working closely with engineering, production and service, you accompany new components and system solutions from electrical design and integration through testing to commissioning.
Your main responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining circuit, wiring and schematic diagrams
- Design and dimensioning of electrical components and systems
- Selection and technical assessment of suitable electrical components
- Integration and commissioning of electrical and electronic assemblies
- Building and wiring prototypes and test setups
- Electrical measurements as well as functional and safety testing
- Developing and implementing suitable test concepts
- Systematic analysis and correction of electrical and electronic faults
- Ensuring the relevant electrical standards and safety requirements are met
- Technical support for production and service

Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
- Several years of practical experience in electrical engineering, plant construction, automation or system integration
- Good knowledge of creating and editing circuit and schematic diagrams
- Good knowledge of control, sensor and automation technology
- Practical experience in building, wiring, testing and commissioning electrical systems and assemblies
- Confident use of electrical measuring and test equipment, and knowledge of the relevant standards and safety requirements
- Good German and English

Take full technical responsibility for a nationwide network of battery swapping stations run for a key customer.
Swobbee develops and operates battery swapping solutions for micromobility in Europe and the United States. Our battery swap stations provide charging infrastructure for e-bikes, e-scooters and other light electric vehicles.
This role is with Swobbee US Corp. You support one of our most important customers and help shape and expand our U.S. service organization.
You maintain, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade and optimize a nationwide network of battery swapping stations deployed for a key customer. As the primary field service representative and technical escalation point, you make sure the system stays up and the customer is satisfied. The role requires extensive travel throughout the United States by air, rail, rental vehicle or company vehicle.
Your main responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency repairs on our stations across the United States
- Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, electronic and mechatronic issues
- Installations, commissioning, upgrades and retrofits
- Root-cause analysis and corrective actions to keep uptime and performance at their maximum
- Detailed service documentation and technical reports
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for a nationally recognized key customer, with technical guidance for its stakeholders
- Developing technical training materials and structured training and qualification programs for internal teams and service partners
- Running hands-on and classroom-based training sessions
- Helping develop standard operating procedures and service best practices
- Close collaboration with engineering, operations, product management and customer success
Requirements
- Associate's degree, technical certification, military technical training or equivalent practical experience in mechatronics and electronics, electrical engineering technology, industrial maintenance, automation technology or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in field service, industrial equipment maintenance, mechatronic systems and electrical and electronic troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of electrical, low-voltage and control systems, electronics diagnostics, mechanical assemblies and network-connected equipment
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals and service documentation
- Extensive experience supporting geographically distributed equipment networks
- Experience creating technical training programs and training technicians
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States by airplane, train and car
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment when necessary
Nice to have
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure, battery systems, mobility solutions or related technologies
- Experience supporting key national accounts
- Experience managing subcontractors or service partners
- Supervisory, team leadership or project management experience
